Eredetileg \u201eF\u0151bor\u201d n\u00e9ven ismert\u00e9k, k\u00e9s\u0151bb azonban a Szamorodni elnevez\u00e9s v\u00e1lt \u00e1ltal\u00e1noss\u00e1. A sz\u00f3 lengyel eredet\u0171, jelent\u00e9se: \u201eahogy termett\u201d vagy \u201eterm\u00e9szetesen sz\u00fcletett\u201d, amely j\u00f3l t\u00fckr\u00f6zi a lengyel piac t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t Tokaj sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a 18. sz\u00e1zadban. Az Asz\u00fa rendk\u00edv\u00fcl koncentr\u00e1lt bort\u00edpus, amely egyszerre gazdag cukorban \u00e9s savakban, \u00edzvil\u00e1ga pedig szinte elk\u00e9pzelhetetlen\u00fcl \u00f6sszetett.\n\nAz Asz\u00fa k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se a sz\u00fcrettel kezd\u0151dik, amelyre csak akkor ker\u00fclhet sor, amikor a sz\u0151l\u0151szemeket m\u00e1r nemes pen\u00e9sz, vagyis botrytis t\u00e1madta meg. A szemek ilyenkor t\u00f6ppedt, mazsolaszer\u0171 bogy\u00f3kk\u00e1 v\u00e1lnak, amelyekben a cukor- \u00e9s aromaanyagok er\u0151sen koncentr\u00e1l\u00f3dnak.
