La premi\u00e8re classification au monde<\/h3>\r\n

Des vins aussi admirables ne pouvaient pas rester un secret bien longtemps\u2026 les parcelles du domaine Tokaj-H\u00e9tsz\u0151l\u0151 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9es comme Tokaj 1er Cru d\u00e8s 1772, lorsque le domaine appartenait encore \u00e0 l'Empire austro-hongrois. Cette distinction rend hommage aux caract\u00e9ristiques uniques de ce terroir exceptionnel.\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n

Bien que la Nature ne r\u00e9v\u00e8le jamais tous ses secrets, les qualit\u00e9s sup\u00e9rieures du domaine peuvent \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9es en partie par l'emplacement atypique de ses 55 hectares de terre. La roche volcanique est recouverte d'une couche de loess particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9paisse, et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la colline orient\u00e9 plein sud b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de niveaux optimaux d'ensoleillement. Les parcelles surplombent les brumes o\u00f9 les rivi\u00e8res Tisza et Bodrog se rencontrent, et profitent du microclimat parfait pour le Botrytis cinerea, qui produit le fameux pourriture noble tant pris\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n \r\n
